My Weekend- The Furminator Sucks and Other Observations
[Parents' note: The Furminator Totally Rocks!!!]

This is my parents abusing me with this weird brush. When they were done I did not feel nearly like the man I was before. So Sad =( [Parents' note: the little jerk kept moving or else we could have gotten three times more hair off, but look at how much we got off. There WILL be a next time, oh yes little pug, we will be back (maniacal laugh)].

[Parents' note: here he is still mad for the brushing and wondering why we aren't letting him go inside.]

This is me being forced to pose in the sunlight, I don't like this picture but my parents think I look cute.

This is Bailey, a nine-week old chocolate lab that lives in the next building over from my parents. Guess who is holding the little puppy...is the suspense killing you? It's my Daddy. I'm starting to get sick of him talking about how cute all these random puppies are while ignoring me.

There is nothing even remotely cute about that face! It looks like a sea-lion for crying out loud. I wish I was in the area of Canada where they allow you to club baby sea lions. [Parents' note: We're sorry, Winston is not attractive when he is insanely jealous. Too bad it is so funny or else we might stop making him jealous. Plus, we think it's baby seals that get clubbed, not sea lions. Pugs are so stupid].

This is me, Brautwurst the weinerdog, and Bailey playing in the grass. I showed them what was up.

This is me stealing my Daddy's sandals while simultaneously playing with one of my 74 tennis balls (the other 73 have already been pushed under the couch where I whine incessently for my parents to help me get one out and then immediately push it right back under...such is the life of a pug).
Yummy, inedible objects.

Humph!
This is a standard evaluation sent out by Doggy daycare. Among the questions on it are what I like, dislike, and what situations make me incorrigible (and how to avoid them). My parents call this irony.

Making humans miserable is a full time profession. Hope all other doggies had a good weekend.

PUG-A-DAY's Pug of the Day!!!
My parents were inspired to make a blog of my life largely throught the discovery of Roy the Pug's Blog. Roy's parents have now started a new website called "Pug-A-Day" which shows, you guessed it, a pug a day. I am the April 14th selection and am thus far the most adorable pug featured. Be sure to check out the new site and submit pictures so that they will never run out. Here is a reminder of my cuteness.

Food and Sleep: My Favorite things
I think I am like most pugs in that I love to eat and I love taking between 15- 22 naps a day. This post is a pretty good summary of my standard day.

First, I always try to talk my parents into getting Chinese takeout. This is me dropping a subtle hint by bringing them the menu. The best thing about Chinese takeout is that Daddy "accidentally" drops about five pounds of his fried rice on the ground. This makes Mommy mad but creates a veritable feast for a certain pug.

Sometimes negotiations are necessary. This is me trying to "negotiate" some ice cream away from Daddy. The trademark is covered up to prevent trademark infringement claims from being levelled against my poor parents.

This is a close up meant to show my concentration on the ice-cream. Laughter is normally the first sign that Daddy is about to break and share some food with me. [Parents' note: we do not share ice cream with Winston. God knows he does not need ANY sugar.]

This is me taking one of my naps. I love the spots on top of the couch.

I am famous for falling asleep in almost any position. Here is one of my recent strange positions. In case you're wondering, I am exhausted due to a day at the doggy daycare.

This is also the result of Doggy Daycare.

My parents think it is adorable the way my lip was flopping around here, I think it looks gross.

Finally, this is me exhausted but still trying to get goodies that my parents drop while cooking. This is pretty much what I do everyday.

An Easter-Egg Hunt!!!
My parents took me to a doggy easter-egg hunt and I had a blast. I did not so much hunt eggs as chase other dogs, but my parents were happy so long as I got tired. I got exhausted.

I was supposed to find these things mommy called "eggs". I don't know why.

Don't be confused here, me and my friend Yuki are not getting excited about the egg things like our Humans wanted. One human actually threw a bunch of treats in this basket, under the eggs.

Some dogs were really protective of their eggs, but I don't know why. I, however, was able to enjoy my eggs because no dog messes with me (probably because I am an intimidating 18 1/2 pounds).

Just some random puggies and my booty facing towards the camera.

Even our non-pug friends got to have some of the treats that the humans kept throwing into these baskets.
Okay, enough with the eggs.

This guy told me that he has a job herding cows! I don't know what a job is, and I don't know what a cow is, but I do know this guy was a great partner to play chase with!

Here I am getting really worked up!!

Bring it on doggie!!! And I swat at him.

Here I am exploring the huge field with some dignified dogs like me.

Hi Mommy!

I loved the field so much that my parents said they'll try to get a house with a big yard eventually.

This is another friend I found who was very good at chasing me.

It did not seem that fair when he decided that he wanted to wrestle with me.

We had a really good time.

I also played with some of my pug friends, like Oliver. He is as big as I am now!

This is the two of us grazing. His parents got concerned because he ate several pounds worth of grass.
And me and Oliver played with Daisy.

Hey Mommy, why don't we have a backyard like this? I liked the big field and the long grass!

Here I am bounding through the long grass.
I had a blast. Hope all the other doggies had as good an Easter as I did.

This has been a very chill week
I would like to thank Suki for telling me that she cares and wants me to post more often. It is to her, my little concubine, that I once again dedicate this post. (Note: Maggie and Panda need to pick up their game if they want to compete for my love.)

This is my stoic look. It is so hard nowadays to find a stoic pug.

Look how cute I am playing with Daddy's sock...

and look how mean Daddy and his sock are to me in return!

I may have posted this picture before, but it is my favorite spot on my couch.

This is me trying to be cute and get a treat out of my weak willed Mommy.

This is me exhausted after an entire day of doggy daycare (I was brave and played with the big dogs all day!!).

This is a reminder that I was the cutest puppy that the world has ever known. Complex calculations have determined that it is physically impossible to ever surpass my cuteness.

Playing at the Dogpark and Unfortunate repercussions

Here are some videos of my playing at the dogpark (that's me in the harness), however when I get stinky my parents insist on giving me a horrible bath.

This is me having a really good time at the dogpark.

This is me in the kitchen after the bath. Look at how fluffy and cute I look!

Look at that Fluffy chest hair. What a man I'm becoming.

Another look at my adorable cuteness. This is presently coming in very handy. [Parents' note: the little jerk just peed all over his Daddy's spot in the bed for no reason!!! And this is after going outside about once every half hour for the entire day. If this happens again, we will be looking to give away another pug, so stay tuned.]

My parents, Mommy especially, is always quick to forgive my indescretions. This is us sleeping soundly not long after the pee incident. (Daddy doesn't know that me and Mommy conspired to put pug pee on his side of the bed.) Kudos to Georgetown on a great season, and Ohio State sucks.
